• Do you need access to my water or electricity?

Yes, please! To perform our mobile detailing service, we require access to a standard outdoor electrical outlet and a standard outdoor water spigot (hose bib) within 100 feet of where the vehicle is parked.

Don't worry about the gear—we bring our own professional-grade, heavy-duty extension cords and water hoses. We just need to plug in!

• Where do you perform the service?

We bring our mobile detailing setup directly to your residential home! Because we require access to a standard outdoor water spigot (hose hookup) and a standard outdoor electrical outlet, we currently perform all of our details right in your home's driveway.

We supply all of our own professional, extra-long extension cords and hoses to hook up to your utilities, so you can just sit back and relax inside while we work!

(Please note: Due to utility access requirements, we are unable to service apartment complexes or office parking lots at this time.)

• Do I need to be present for the entire detail?

Not at all! We want this to be as convenient as possible for your schedule. You have a couple of easy options:

Option 1 (Walkthrough at the end): Meet us at the beginning of your appointment to hand over the keys and point out any focus areas. You can then head inside while we work. Once we are finished, we will let you know so you can come out to inspect the vehicle and handle payment.

Option 2 (Completely contactless): If you need to leave or won't be home, just let us know! You can leave the vehicle unlocked with the keys in a designated spot (like the glovebox or cup holder). Once the job is completed, we will lock up your vehicle and text you high-quality photos of the finished work so you can review and pay securely online through your Client Hub.

• How long does a typical detail take?

Answer: It depends on the size and condition of your vehicle. A standard maintenance detail usually takes 1.5 to 3 hours, while a deep-cleaning restoration or paint correction package can take anywhere from 4 to 6+ hours. We will give you a precise time estimate when you book!

• Do you charge extra for oversized vehicles, pet hair, or heavy staining?

Our base packages cover standard wear and tear. Because extremely heavy pet hair, severe mud, mold, or deep interior staining require specialized chemicals and hours of extra labor, these are subject to an additional fee. We will always inspect the vehicle and discuss any extra charges with you before we begin working.
